Bio
Bios are a toughie for me. In the event that people do read this, I'd like to say I'm a down-to-earth girl-next-door whose joy in life would be to help others, bake cookies, pick flowers and in general, seek WORLD PEACE.
But who am I kidding?
I'm probably seen as a self-obsessed, snooty, ostentatious, high-maintenance wardrobe slave...and these are by the people who love me. Oh, you guys!
How the heck do you think I can survive in Shanghai? It is afterall in CHINA.
Where are the smooth tiled pedestrian pavements to cushion my Italian shoes? How about the sheltered underpasses to protect my couture outift? Ok, ok, not YET couture but it is on it's way!!!
On a serious note, this is MY blog to share my friends, certain family members (you know how it is..) and mostly a channel for me to whine, whimper and brag. Too bad if I don't sound too nice, profound, incapable of doing any linguistic gymnastics and if you stick around, you may get use to all that verbal diarrhoea.
I'm no gourmet but I'm most willing to try out chic new dining spots, quaint cafes and roadside stalls as long as the food is delish.
Love love love Travel, especially if it includes my favourite kakis and SHOPPING (my other true love).
Just get me to REAL civilization....PLEASE!Thanks for staying around, hopefully you had more fun than watching your fingernails grow.
